Dear Tenants,

We have added a Skeat Ball game, washer and bag toss to the Community Center. 

Come visit our latest addition to the community center. We now have a very neat fresh water fish tank. This unique tank has two tanks connected by two tubes.

Congratulations to those of you who won the lighting contest this year.

Happy Holidays! We are having our 3rd annual Christmas Lights contest, so please join in on the fun and decorate your home.

Community Center, please join us on Sunday the 14th from 4:00 to 6:00 for holidays refreshments and Christmas presents.

October 31st we will be handing out candy for the kids at the community center from 6:00 to 8:00

Just wanted to remind everyone that if there are any improvements you want done to your house or yard, I will be happy to split the expense with you.

9-15-08 Congratulations 11301 Sheri cir. You are the lucky winner of a drawing for a $100.00.

We are starting a community directory, please let me know if you want to be in it and what information you would like to list. This directory will be attached to any news letters sent to everyone in our community. The director will be formatted such as; Your address, name, phone numbers and if you want your children's name and ages.

Thank you to all our tenants for doing such a great job with the yards this summer. Our community has looked awesome all summer

For those of you who still mow your own lawn, we now offer a full service lawn care for only $70.00 per month.

Please remember to run the sprinklers more now that it has been hot and windy

5-27-08 If you have not yet fertilized your yard, call us we will be glad to do it for you.

4-8-08 I hope everyone has enjoyed the landscaping we have done. We are going to be adding more shrubs and trees. If you want a particular kind please let us know.

4-5-08 Storm season is approaching. We should have the community center finished and the basement available soon for our protection from tornadoes.

2-19-08 The community center is framed and we will now start working on finishing the interior.

2-18-08 Please water your yards every 7 to 10 days about 15 to 20 minutes per station even during the winter months,

1-18-08 We are trying to organize a garage sale for the community. Please let us know what weekend in June would be the best for you.

1-5-08 Monday they will start construction on the basement for the community center. Please let me know of any ideas or suggestions you may have for the center.-08

We will start construction on a Community Center the first week in January 08. The center will be about 3200 sq.ft. with a 1600 sq.ft. basement for a storm shelter and a 1 acre outdoor court yard. The center will have table games, electronic dart boards and exercise equipment plus much more. The court yard will have a basketball hoop, volleyball, horse shoes, fire pit, sand boxes, playground equipment, hopefully a hot tub and much more.

Thank you to those of you who participated in our Christmas light contest, 1st place was $300.00 to 11500 Sheri,  2nd,3rd & 4th place was 2901 Hope, 11501 Looby & 11400 Sheri,   5th place was a split between 11310 Sheri & 11601 Looby at $50.00 each.
